The Digital Gifting Lessons We Learned This Last Winter Holiday Season

“Our retailer partners accelerated their transition to digital gifting over the last 12 months and their hard work paid off,” writes Muller. “In fact, we found that our retail partners increased their Average Order Value (AOV) by 21% this past winter holiday season.”

“Retailers have applied new strategies and tactics leading to a level of transformation of digital gifting in the last year that is comparable to what we might see over a span of many years. The retailers who can make digital gifting a true differentiator and delight their customers are well positioned to win in 2021 and years to come,” according to Muller.
